consultations/new customers

If you are a new colour client to me, come and see me a minimum of a week before your desired appointment date to discuss your hair needs and carry out the relevant tests. This is so that I can give the best and most efficient service possible. Book a FREE consultation online and we’ll go from there. 

returning customers

(with valid skin tests carried out within the last 6 months) go ahead and book as a returning customer.


cancellation policy

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may have to move or cancel your appointment. Please give me a minimum of 48 hours notice. Within the 48 hour period, any deposit is non refundable and non transferable. However, if you contact me to arrange a reschedule before the 48 hour period then I can transfer your deposit to a future available appointment. By paying a deposit you are accepting the booking terms above.

skin test

If you are a new client looking for a colour treatment or haven’t had a colour treatment with me within the last 6 months I will need to carry out a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is absolutely necessary in order for your colour service to go ahead, it only takes a minute and there’s loads of great charity shops and cafes nearby while you’re in the area.
